Team World vs Team Africa

Earlier today, the NBA held in Johannesburg,South Africa. The game featured several familiar faces around the league. The players were split into two teams, Team World and Team Africa.

Team World featured US stars such as Kyle Lowry and DeMarcus Cousins. Team World also featured international stars such as Dirk Nowitzki (Germany) and Kristaps Porzingis (Latvia).

Team Africa featured players such as Serge Ibaka, Thabo Sefolosha, Bismack Biyombo, and Victor Olapido. Luol Deng and Joel Embiid were on the roster, but did not play.

Team World beat Team Africa 108-97. Jaylen Brown was the leading scorer with 15 points. Andre Drummond and Kristaps Porzingis scored 14 points. Kyle Lowry and Courtney Lee scored 13 points each. DeMarcus Cousins scored 11 points. Kemba Walker scored 10 points.

Victor Olapido was the leading scorer for Team Africa. He scored 28 points. Emmanuel Mudiay scored 22 points. Dennis Schroder scored 13 points. Clint Capela scored 10 points. If you are a fan of the NBA, these names might sound familiar. Victor Olapido was named MVP of this game.
